Sunday Club

Sunday Club takes place during the 11am Sunday Service in Athy Church during School term time.  Children come to church with their parents and leave during the first hymn.

Children from the age of 3 to end of primary school are welcome to attend Sunday Club.

On the diary section of the Parish Newsletter 'Sunday Club' is beside the date if Sunday Club is on.

Sunday Club will resume in September 2014

On Sun 25th May we had our annual "Party in the Park" with lots of extra fun activities organised!!  Unfortunately due to wet weather we had a Party in the Parish Centre instead!!  Great fun, all enjoyed and went home happy.

On the 2nd Sunday of each month, we normally have an 'All Age Worship Service' where the children have the opportunity to participate in the service.  On these Sundays there is no Sunday Club. The next one is scheduled for Sunday 13th July @ 11am.

The teaching in Sunday Club follows the Sunday readings from the lectionary, and we use Roots on the Web as our teaching resource.
